31st October 2021 ~ Honoring the Ancestors & the Spirit of this Neolithic Monument.
This great mother circle of Avebury is a mighty vessel of union between the masculine and feminine forces of above and below. It is an incubator of creation where the Michael and Mary currents of the St Michael ley join together. This ancient place, set within the sacred landscape of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside in the southwest of the UK, nurtures the Hearts of those who stroll among the Stones with its expression of balance, harmony and Peace. All who visit Avebury step through a veil to a place where the heartbeat of the Earth can be heard more clearly. Gaia's powerful rhythmic pulse flows through the energy network of our planet and rises to the surface here to be heard by those ready to listen. Like a lullaby, her throbbing vibration can calm a busy mind and allows one's own Heart to open to the wisdom of ones Soul. As one opens to the expanded sense of Self the wholeness of the Cosmos becomes clear. We see that all those we Love are forever near. Our ancestors built this special place thousands of years ago, and many, many generations have visited through the time between then and now. Some came in celebration, some came in sorrow. There are those who have been wed here, and those who have wept for love-lost.
They all have come to express Love and that Love is infused into the Land.
Today we honor the ancestors by remembering those who have left us physically. Let us open our Hearts to the wives who have lost their husbands, and husbands who have lost their wives, to the parents who mourn the premature death of a child, to the child who has said farewell to a parent, and to all those who have lost a dear friend and companion.
Their tears have seeped into the soil here to fertilize the land with Love.
Their breath has been carried on the wind and warmed by the Sun to reach up to the Stars.
Surround them ALL in your Love.
Sitting on the horizon all around Avebury we see burial mounds. Some appear as bumps of earth in the distance, some are highlighted by a coppice of Beech trees. All remind us of those who have walked here before us and gifted their Love to the Land.
The Love of this place and the Love in this place opens a corridor of connection which allows easy access to those who are forever bound to our Hearts in the unseen realms. Love is sent to and fro today to strengthen that bond and build on the levels of Love available to us, always.
