In the rising light of a new dawn it is time to bare our Hearts fully, in order to feel into the flows of Love which carry us into a new paradigm.
Showing the truth of our Heart can be a vulnerable act, outside of our comfort zone, but growth lives just beyond the edge of the known.
How would it be if we all let go of the heaviness we carry: of grief, fear and self-judgement? Self-criticism walks a fine line between inspiring us to live our best lives, and burying the Heart in anxiety.
There is an opportunity here to change.
With Mercury and Saturn at a standstill in the sky this weekend, the former turning to move
forwards from it retrograde to bring a new perspective to the mind, and the later about to retrace it's steps through the stars to reform structures, there are moments of stillness to be found.
This stillness offers a pathway to Peace.
A heart immersed in Peace feels the flows of Love which connects it to the cosmic infra-structure with ease. New possibility await our choosing.
The naked heart is the creative heart of unity through purity, bringing a new way of living into being.
During our 'Speaking with the Star Nations' meditation I received a message from my beloved guides from Toliman (Alpha Centauri).
'You are what you are, beyond all judgments projected upon the Self, by the Self or others. The core of your essence is pure Light. Light is created in your atoms. Bio-luminosity lives within your cells and your neurological structures. Your were formed from Light. You are Light. You radiate Light. Allow yourself to surrender into the stillness where you recognize the purity of Self.
How you see yourself matters.
The vision you hold of your form & function influences the vibrational pattering of your cells. (Here I am reminded of the wonderful work of Candace Pert, Bruce Lipton and Rupert Sheldrake).
Your mind has been able to grasp the concept in the past, but have you been willing to embody this knowing?... to make the time to put into practice the mental programming to create change for the Self? In moments of body-crisis, maybe...
We encourage a more conscious approach to body maintenance and the longevity of your physical form'.
These beautiful and benevolent Light-Beings refused to come as close as they have on other occasions, as they wanted me to FEEL the radiance of my own Inner-Light.
I invite you to sink into a moment of stillness and feel into the know of your Inner-Light too.
The more we are individually able to surrender into the knowing of the Heart, the more change we create in the collective ~ Together we generate a new way of Loving/Living for ALL
