Crystal Skull Sunday 20.2.2022
Tone'y was the first Crystal Skull to make a connection with my Heart. That was almost 12 years ago, which now seems so long ago, as so much has shifted in my consciousness, directly due to he's arrival in my life. I will be forever grateful for that auspicious day. Tone'y is formed from Zebra Stone, black basalt and white quartz. The first time he told me his name was Tone'y, I laughed, thinking it was an ordinary kind of name, but he soon explained it's meaning ~ tone ~ referring to the 'tone' of a vibration. From the longest and slowest wave of nothingness, to the highest & fastest oscillation, he facilitates a connection to ALL. He hold a place of balance, stillness and peace in the Heart to allow for awareness of the expanded sense of Self. In a week where much has been shifting, stirred up with the winds-of-change, as a big storm blew through Avebury, Tone's presence has been a comfort, offering a reminder to stay centered in the Heart of the Self. His massage: 'Inner balance is the essential key to stability. This sense of security liberates the Heart from fear. The freedom of peace is found here'. My meditations/dreams have been a deep experience this week, and I am aware of a shift in the sensitivity of my senses. More is available, and this can feel overwhelming unless balance is maintained. In a dream I was gifted an acorn, a seed to plant in my heart which will some day grown into a new level of strength, as great as a mighty oak. The roots must descend deeper than ever before, down to L5, in order for expansion into the higher realms to be stable. This makes so much sense. We have only to see the trees that have toppled in the wind to be reminded of this importance. Use the breath to center the self, no matter what blows through one's experience.
