1st November 2022

Contained within the illusion of stillness between each breath, each cycle, entropy strives for equilibrium, continuing the motion of progression forwards into a new expanded perspective.

Moment by moment, in the smallest spec of time, progress marches on, generating change. Nothing is static. Transformation is eternal.

Guidance comes: Free the Mind and allow the Heart to consciously 'Go with the Flow', as resistance to the movement of the cosmic currents is the root of all dis-harmony.

Give yourself permission to DO NOTHING, other than notice the effect this choice makes to your body and energy field.
